Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout


Processing Time 

  • Normal collection: 1 – 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping
  • Pre-Order collection: 14 – 28 business days for your order to be processed for shipping

Domestic (USA) Shipping Rates & Estimates 

  • Orders over 100 USD = $5.00 shipping 
  • Orders up to 100 USD = $10.00 shipping 
  • Shipping time is approximately 2 – 3 business days

International Shipping Rates & Estimates 
  • Orders over 150 USD = $15 shipping 
  • Orders up to 150 USD = $30 shipping
  • Shipping time can take up to 21 business days 
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TYNASTY is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. For more information on customs and duties charges please contact your local customs office

 

Local Delivery

  • Once you've entered your shipping address we will automatically offer Local Delivery as a shipping option when you’re in the radius
  • Local Delivery works with Shop Pay, but doesn't work with other accelerated checkouts like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal 
  • When your order is out for a delivery you will receive an email or SMS from us to the contact information you provided us at the checkout
  • Same-day delivery applies for orders until 7pm on business days 
  • If you are outside of this radius or need a weekend / holiday delivery please send us an email or SMS and we can talk about it

 

Status / Tracking of Your Order

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available
  • We recommend shop.app to track your delivery
    • If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (domestic) / 25 days (international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tynasty.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you

General

  • Once you have placed an order it is not possible to modify your shipping address afterwards
  • Please ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provided

P.O. Boxes

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@tynasty.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution
